GUNS N' ROSES Keyboardist To Embark On Solo Tour

February 25, 2004

GUNS N' ROSES keyboardist Dizzy Reed will be launching an East Coast solo tour on March 18. Backing Reed at all the dates will be Los Angeles-based rockers FASTMASTER (web site),who will also be the opening band on the tour. FASTMASTER includes Matt Starr and Alex Grossi from BEAUTIFUL CREATURES on guitar and backing vocals, Troy Farrell on drums and Curtis Armstrong on bass.

Starr recently spoke to Boston-based freelance writer Debby Rao about the upcoming tour: "The shows with Dizzy are going to be a blast. It is going to be a bunch of friends getting together and playing great music. The band will play mostly GUNS N' ROSES cover tunes with a few other cover songs by various artists thrown in."

Starr and Grossi met Dizzy when they played the Cat Club in Hollywood. Dizzy has been wanting to do this for a while and had some free time, so they decided to put together this East Coast tour and have some fun. Dizzy will also reportedly be playing acoustic guitar at the shows.

DIZZY REED w/ FASTMASTER:

Mar. 18 – Orange, CT @ Corner Pocket
Mar. 19 - Worcester, MA @ Lucky Dog Music Hall
Mar. 20 - Windsor Locks, CT @ Cargo's Cafe
