GUNS N' ROSES Guitarist DJ ASHBA Celebrates 40th Birthday In Las Vegas

Video footage of GUNS N' ROSES lead singer Axl Rose singing "Happy Birthday" to the band's guitarist, DJ Ashba, during GN'R's concert Saturday night (November 10) at the Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, where the group has a mini-residency, can be seen below.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, the Hard Rock and AEG Live presented Ashba with a custom-made, three-tiered cake featuring a rocker top hat (DJ's signature), guitars and roses prior to him taking the stage Saturday. Check out photos at this location.

Ashba, who moved to Las Vegas in January, recently teamed up with, the Internet's first anti-bullying social web site and media platform. The 40-year-old guitarist used himself to reveal his struggles coping with being bullied as a child by his own father.

Ashba joined GUNS N' ROSES in March 2009 following the departure of Robin Finck.
