GUNS N' ROSES' BUCKETHEAD To Issue Solo CD
GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Buckethead will issue his latest solo album, Electric Tears, on October 8th via Meta Records, according to Launch.
Buckethead last solo effort, Bermuda Triangle, was released this summer through City Hall Records. Bermuda Triangle is described as an "instrumental underground hip-hop/electro-funk fantasia," and also features the drumming of Brian "Brain" Mantia, the longtime PRIMUS sticksman who is also in the 2002 version of GUNS N' ROSES.
Buckethead is scheduled to perform two shows in San Francisco later this month — September 13th at Slim's and September 14th at the Great American Music Hall.
