GRIMFIST To Write Theme Song For American Underground Horror Movie

Norway's GRIMFIST will be creating the theme song for an American underground horror movie titled "Curse of the Hunter's Moon", the screenplay for which was written by Catharine Post. More information will be made available soon.

In other news, GRIMFIST guitarist Ole Walaunet will be recording the lead guitar parts on for the debut album from the Norwegian death metal band DEATHCON. He will also perform live with the group as a session guitarist.

GRIMFIST's sophomore album, "10 Steps to Hell", was released last October via Candlelight Records. Recorded at Subsonic Society Studios (DISMEMBER, SUSPERIA) and mixed at Studio Fredman (IN FLAMES, THE HAUNTED), "Ten Steps to Hell" is said to be a "riff assault. . . guitars and vocals both firmly presented in-your-face style wrapped around an intense rhythm that recalls what made the initial thrash genre so energetic."
