GREEN CARNATION To Make Finnish Live Debut In November

August 14, 2005

GREEN CARNATION, the Norwegian band featuring Tchort (a.k.a. Terje Vik Schei; BLOOD RED THRONE, ex-EMPEROR, SATYRICON, EINHERJER),will be teaming up with BATTLELORE and DEATHLIKE SILENCE for three dates in Finland in late November. The details are as follows:

Nov. 25 - Turku, FIN @ TBA
Nov. 26 - Jyväskylä, FIN @ TBA
Nov. 27 – Helsinki, FIN @ TBA

Commented GREEN CARNATION singer Kjetil Nordhus: 'I think we will all be up for a blast. We have noticed a big interest in the band from Finland, and we have been planning this for a while now. All the members are happy it's been confirmed now, so we can start looking forward to this.

"And for me, it's going to be great to meet my friends in BATTLELORE again. I've lived in the same bus as them for three weeks on a previous tour with TRAIL OF TEARS, and we all got along extremely well. So that's going to be a big bonus for me personally!"

GREEN CARNATION are hoping to add another date to the mini-tour — on Monday, November 28 in Tallinn, Estonia.
