GREEN CARNATION Announce Complete Billing For Italian Gig

December 4, 2005

Norway's GREEN CARNATION will be joined by Italian act LIFEND and BLEAK ORIGIN for their first-ever gig in Italy on December 18 in Cordevilla.

Commented GREEN CARNATION guitarist Tchort: "There has been quite a lot of interest from Italy in the last couple of years, and all we can do is hope for a good turnout in Cordevilla. I've played there before, it's a big venue, and I hope the Italians will turn out in numbers."

The gig in Italy will follow the one on Saturday, December 17 in Burgdorf, Switzerland, another country GREEN CARNATION never has played before.

"Yeah, it's certainly going to be an exciting weekend for the band," said Tchort. "We are trying to get to play for new people all the time, and we have a good chance of doing that now, right before Christmas."

GREEN CARNATION's "The Acoustic Verses" will be one of the first albums to issued in North American via a brand new collaboration between The End Records and RED Distribution. A full-length MP3 of the track"Alone", taken from "The Acoustic Verses", has been made available for download at this location (3.4 MB). The CD is scheduled for release in North America on January 24, 2006.
