45 GRAVE Pull Out Of MISFITS Tour, Blame Headliners' Booking Agent

September 22, 2005

Los Angeles-based death-rock band 45 GRAVE have pulled out of MISFITS' upcoming U.S. tour. The group's official statement on the matter reads as follows:

"Due to the irreconcilable differences in the business practices of the MISFITS' booking agent, Artists Worldwide, 45 GRAVE have decided to separate from their booking agency. This decision was made after counsel with their legal advisors, business partners and management. This has resulted in 45 GRAVE pulling out of their tour with the MISFITS. 45 GRAVE deeply regrets being forced to withdraw from the upcoming tour with the MISFITS, but was compelled to do so for business and financial purposes. 45 GRAVE would like to urge their fans to voice their disappointment to the venues and promoters they were slated to perform at, and seek refunds if necessary. 45 GRAVE have encouraged these venues to contact their management to renegotiate their performances and seek postponement dates based on demand. To the fans, your voice matters, let it be heard! 45 GRAVE wish the MISFITS the best in their future endeavors, and we will greatly miss the opportunity to have shared the stage on this tour. 45 GRAVE plan to pursue other tour opportunities that are presenting themselves both in the USA and abroad, and plan to explore possibilities of new CD releases on the horizon."
