GORGOROTH, BELPHEGOR, IMPIETY Confirmed For 'Blackfest Over X-Mass Tour'

GORGOROTH, BELPHEGOR, IMPIETY, THE WAY OF PURITY and one more yet-to-be-announced act will take prt in the "Blackfest Over X-Mass Tour 2010" in December. The dates are as follows:

Dec. 26 - Essen, Germany - Turock
Dec. 27 - Berlin, Germany - C-club
Dec. 28 - Leipzig, Germany - Theater Fabrik Sachsen
Dec. 29 - Vienna, Austria - Szene
Dec. 30 - Augsburg, Austria - Kantine
Dec. 31 - Burgdorf, Switzerland - Headbangers Silvester Festival
Jan. 01 - Pinarella Di Cervia, Italy - Rock Planet

GORGOROTH recently ave entered drummer Tomas Asklund's Monolith Studio to begin recording its as-yet-untitled new full-length album for a late 2011 release via Regain Records. Also being completed during the same sessions is a re-recording of the band's third album, "Under The Sign Of Hell", which is expected to surface early next year.

GORGOROTH will embark on the second leg of its "Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt" European tour in late November. Support on the trek will come from CAVUS from Finland and NOCTEM from Spain.

BELPHEGOR will release its ninth full-length studio album, "Blood Magick Necromance", on January 14, 2011 in Europe and on February 8, 2011 in the U.S. via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was produced by Peter Tägtgren (IMMORTAL, CELTIC FROST, HYPOCRISY, DIMMU BORGIR) at his Abyss Studios in Pärlby, Sweden and mastered by Jonas Kjellgren.

BELPHEGORhas tapped two artists from Austria for artwork purposes: Helmut Wolech (a fetish photographer and former mortician) and Joachim Luetke for the magickal graphics and cover artwork.
