GORELORD: 'Chapter IV – Hellbound' Artwork Revealed

September 7, 2008

GORELORD, the one-man "deathgroove" project of Frediablo (NECOPHAGIA, GRIMFIST, HEMNUR),has revealed the cover artwork (see below) for its new album, "Chapter IV - Hellbound". The CD is due later in the year via Sworn Records. Frediablo said, "[The cover] was designed by myself via my new freelance design company FOA Design."

Regarding the new album's musical direction, Frediablo previously stated, "Chapter IV - Hellbound" "will become a goddamn rifforama!! Grooves, speed and fucking melodies grinded together into a massive fucking beast! One thing I can say for sure, and that is that this album will be melodic and groovy as fucking fuck!!! I predict the 'selling-out' and fucking narrow-minded comments will haunt me like a broken record, but this shit is 100% pure fucking Frediablo, and no one can touch this but me! Don't get me wrong, I won't have melodic vocals, but guitar harmonies and stuff like that, but it's still pretty fucking melodic.... you have been warned… haha!! I guess the sad 'true' elite will choke on their sweaty leather pants when they hear this, so it's all good!"

GORELORD has so far released three albums and two split EPs. The project's third full-length CD, "Norwegian Chainsaw Massacre", was issued in 2006 via Coffin Records and Red Stream Inc.
