"Welcome To Rockville for me is a dream come true," Wimmer commented. "I've been very successful in launching some of the biggest rock festivals in North America and to finally bring an event of this magnitude home means the world to me. As a former partner in The Milk Bar I know just how great the rock music fans in this town are. Jacksonville finally has an event to match that passion."

"I'm not from Jacksonville, I've only lived here for a few years," commented STONE SOUR's lead guitarist Jim Root. "I've been all over the world and seen almost every great city there is... After 12 years I decided to call Jacksonville home."

"I'm super excited to be playing Welcome To Rockville," commented PUDDLE OF MUDD guitarist Paul Phillips. "Being from Jacksonville myself, I'm proud to be a part of a great number of bands and musicians that have come from the area. I'm honored to help bring the rock back home!!!"

Mistress Juliya from Fuse TV will be the host for Welcome To Rockville introducing the bands and interacting with fans throughout the day.

"I'm psyched to be the voice of Welcome To Rockville," Juliya remarked. "Florida is the birth ground for so many great bands from the metal and rock scene this festival just brings everything full circle."
