GOAT OF MENDES Parts Ways With Female Singer, Guitarist

April 22, 2007

German pagan metallers GOAT OF MENDES have issued the following update:

"We have had some changes in our lineup. Maia [vocals] won't be able to join us on stage anymore. It has already been difficult in the past, but gotten impossible [in recent months]. But she will still be of help taking over female vocals in the studio. Larz [guitar] also left the band for personal reasons. But he quit as a friend and also introduced our new guitarist Seeb to his parts. Larz will play the 28th of April as his farewell gig and we look forward to Seeb showing up on stage on the 11th of May for the first time."

GOAT OF MENDES's fourth album, "A Book of Shadows", was released in January 2005.
