France's TATTOO THE MIND #2 Festival Cancelled

Tattoo The Mind #2 festival, which was scheduled to take place October 10-11, 2009 at Les Arènes in Metz, France, has been cancelled due to poor ticket sales. According to festival organizer William Munerato from Prodige Music, only 360 one-day tickets and 210 two-day packages had been sold as of Monday, September 28 — far short of the 4,500 attendees needed in order for the festival to "break even."
