FORTÉ Pulls Out Of Germany's KEEP IT TRUE XI Festival; CAST IRON Steps In

September 1, 2008

FORTÉ has cancelled its appearance at the Keep It True XI festival, set to take place November 15, 2008 at Soundpark-Ost (ex-Rockpalast) in Würzburg, Germany. According to the festival organizers, FORTÉ was forced to pull out of the event because bassist Rev Jones has joined MOUNTAIN and will be on tour with them throughout October and the first half of November. Replacing FORTÉ on the billing of the Keep It True XI festival will be Finnish RUNNING WILD-obsessed maniacs CAST IRON, who will make their German live debut at the event.

The festival billing is now as follows:

FLOTSAM AND JETSAM
NASTY SAVAGE
GIRLSCHOOL
TOKYO BLADE
ARTILLERY
EVIL
FAITH FACTOR
TIMELORD
HELLHOUND
CAST IRON
