September 21, 2004

FORSAKEN have been forced to drop off the "Pounding Metal Attack" warm-up show for Germany's Keep It True Festival III after it was determined that the group's singer will have to undergo surgery prior to the festival date. Replacing them on the billing for the warm-up concert wil be German metallers LIGEIA, featuring female singer Dani.

In other news, the organizers of Keep It True Festival III have announced that DESTINATIONS CALLING will perform after headliners HELSTAR in order to give people sufficient time to drive home or stick around and have a beer, if they so desire. The final running order for the festival will be announced next week.

Keep It True Festival III is scheduled to take place on November 6 at Tauberfrankenhalle in Lauda-Königshofen. Confirmed acts include HELSTAR, HALLOWS EVE, STORMWITCH, TYRANTS REIGN, JAGUAR, SACRED STEEL, WITCHFYNDE, ROTTWEILLER, METAL INQUISITOR and REPENT. The warm-up show, "Pounding Metal Attack", will take place on November 5, 2004 at Pfarrkeller in Lauda and will feature the following bands: DESTINY, RAM, LIGEIA and RAIN.
