Former THE CROWN Frontman To Play One-Off Show With INCAPACITY

Former THE CROWN frontman Johan Lindstrand will be handling the vocals for INCAPACITY during their concert with IMPIOUS on Friday, October 1 at Belsepub in Gothenburg, Sweden. According to a posting on THE CROWN's web site, regular INCAPACITY singer Andreas "Drette" Axelsson "has been forced to say no" to performing the gig and will be replaced by Lindstrand for this one show only.

As previously reported, THE CROWN recently announced plans to release a posthumous three-disc DVD, slated for release sometime next year. Included in the package will be a two-hour documentary on THE CROWN, directed by Ben Isaac ("Prelude to War").

THE CROWN's most recent release was a posthumous CD, "Crowned Unholy", featuring a free bonus DVD, entitled "The Crown Invades Karlsruhe". The DVD, which is not to be confused with the above-mentioned separate release, is a full live show filmed professionally on THE CROWN's last tour in Karlsruhe, Germany on November 24, 2003.
