Former RIOT/MASTERPLAN Singer's TENPOINT: 'Carry Over' Video Released

"Carry Over", the new video from TENPOINT, the project including vocalist Mike DiMeo (RIOT, THE LIZARDS, MASTERPLAN),can be seen below. The song comes off the band's debut album, which is tentatively due in 2013.

DiMeo, regarded as one of the finest vocalists in the heavy rock scene, first came to prominence after joining the legendary New York City band RIOT prior to the recording of 1994's "Nightbreaker". He went on to record six studio albums and one live album with the group before departing to join MASTERPLAN for the recording of "MK II" in 2006.

In other DiMeo-related news, the vocalist is in the process of recording the keyboard tracks for rock and blues guitar legend Johnny Winter's upcoming album, tentatively titled "Roots II". The follow-up to Winter's highly acclaimed "Roots" album, which also featured DiMeo on keyboards, has a projected March 2013 release date via the Megaforce label. Featuring a "who's who" of today's most notable musicians as guests "Roots 2" will once again be produced by Paul Nelson and will also include Winter's band of Nelson, bassist Scott Spray (EDGAR WINTER, PETER CRISS),drummer Tommy Curiale (RICK DERRINGER) and DiMeo on keyboards.
