Former MEGADETH Guitarist: 'Major' Tour Announcement Coming Soon!

Former MEGADETH guitarist Marty Friedman "will soon have a MAJOR announcement regarding live appearances this summer," according to Friedman's official web site. No further information is available at this time.

Marty Friedman, who is currently in the middle of a special seminar tour of Japan, will issue for his new solo album, "Music For Speeding", on May 20 through Steve Vai's Favored Nations label. Friedman has also recently completed several "smoking" recordings for ESPN SportsCenter, which are scheduled to air via the cable channel in the summer.
