Former MACHINE HEAD/SOULFLY Guitarist Launches New Project

June 18, 2003

Former MACHINE HEAD/SOULFLY guitarist Logan Mader is presently collaborating with Lucas Banker (formerly of ex-LIFE OF AGONY singer Keith Caputo's band) on a new project. In this venture, Logan is returning to his heavier roots, and at the same time, incorporating what he has learned from his early days as a guitarist to present. Logan and Lucas will be writing and producing this project, which has yet to be named. Amsterdam's JUNKIE XL (known for his "phat" progressive beats) will be co-producing. More details to follow.

As previously reported, Mader's band IDOL-X, in which he is joined by former MEDICATION bandmate Blunt (guitar, ex-ADAYINTHELIFE),recently completed work on a four-song demo and is currently seeking a record deal.
