Former HADES Guitarist Engages In Old KISS Worship

April 16, 2004

Former HADES guitarist Dan Lorenzo has sent us the following update:

"I know a lot of people out there hate KISS...but a lot of us worship the old stuff...last weekend I sang and played guitar on 'Rip It Out' by Ace Frehley and 'Going Blind' from the 'Hotter Than Hell' album. Jimmy Schulman played bass on both and Ron Lipnicki played drums. Both songs are up as MP3s on my website, www.DanLorenzo.net.

"We recorded and mixed both songs in under 4 hours at Crystal Studios in Park Ridge, NJ with Mike Koenig engineering. I plan on recording some new originals soon.

"If you missed HADES music on 'The Howard Stern Show' this week, you can also hear MP3s of them on my site as well.

"The new video for 'Frozen Planet' (from my solo album) will be on my site in a couple days, my webmaster put the first NON-FICTION video up a few days ago for our song 'The My Way' from I think 1991."
