FLOTSAM AND JETSAM's 'The Cold' Lands On German Chart

March 1, 2011

"The Cold", the new album from veteran Arizona metallers FLOTSAM AND JETSAM, has entered the German Media Control chart at position No, 87. This marks the band's first-ever appearance on the chart.

"We knew we had a great record with 'The Cold', but could never have expected to enter the German charts for the first time ever, and in such a respectable position," said drummer Craig Nielsen. "The band is humbled and grateful for such strong enthusiasm and support from our fans, worldwide press, and record label."

"The Cold" was released in Europe, Japan and Australia via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD's cover artwork, which can be viewed below, was created by Travis Smith, who has previously worked with OPETH, NEVERMORE, AMORPHIS and KING DIAMOND, among others.

"The Cold" was released in North America on September 14, 2010.
