FLESHGRIND Announce New Drummer

December 20, 2004

Illinois-based death metallers FLESHGRIND have announced the addition of drummer Jesse Kehoe (SCREAMING AFTERBIRTH, FOETOPSY) to the group's ranks. "Jesse has been a great friend to the band for many years and it's great to be working with him," the group write in a statement.

"As many of you know, FLESHGRIND were unable to do much touring in support of the last album 'Murder Without End' due to the fact our former drummer split just as touring was about to commence," the statement continues. "With Jesse on board, we are currently writing new material for an upcoming release and rehearsing new and old material for shows and festival appearances. Thanks to everyone that was interested in the drummer position."

In other news, the band have revealed that they lost their web site domain, www.fleshgrind.com, "ONE DAY after our contract was to be renewed. A company in Barbados or some place of the sort immediately snatched up the URL and wanted a ridiculous amount to buy it back," the group write. "We told them to fuck off. So we have secured www.fleshgrind.net to be the new URL for our official website. The website is undergoing construction at this moment, and should be up shortly."

FLESHGRIND will be performing at the first annual Southern Slam Festival in Charleston, South Carolina on January 15. More information is available at SouthernSlam.cjb.net.
