FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH's 'And Justice For None' Projected To Sell 65K-70K First Week

According to Billboard, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH's "And Justice For None" is likely to sell between 65,000 and 70,000 units (mostly from traditional album sales) in its first week of release to land at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart next week.

"And Justice For None" will apparently be kept from the top spot by BTS's new album "Love Yourself: Tear" and POST MALONE's "Beerbongs & Bentleys", both of which are expected to move over 100,000 equivalent album units in the week ending May 24 (the former driven mostly driven by traditional album sales while the latter is powered largely by streaming activity).

The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week based on multi-metric consumption, which includes traditional album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). The top 10 of the June 2-dated Billboard 200 chart is scheduled to be revealed on Billboard's web sites on Sunday, May 27.

In a brand new interview with Iowa's Rock 108, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH bassist Chris Kael said that "And Justice For None" marks "the first time that we've had the album available on Spotify the first week of release, because the other years, they didn't count streaming towards physical sales and album sales. But now, they've gotten together and streaming actually counts towards album sales," he said. "So this is the first time we've actually gone in guns blazing on every single platform — whether it be physical sales, your vinyl, all that stuff, streaming, Apple Music, everything. It's all available now right out of the gate. And we're really hoping that we can pull off some magic on this thing. We've had several No. 2s — and by No. 2s, I mean No. 2 slots. Smack talkers on Blabbermouth, all right? [Laughs]"

FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH's sixth album, "Got Your Six", sold 119,000 units in its first week of release to debut at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.

The group's first four albums all sold at least 500,000 units, but they still haven't had a No. 1 album, though "Got Your Six" was their third consecutive set to debut at No. 2.
