A complete recap of the band's musical history from inception in 2003 through 2006, including the recording sessions and touring for the debut album "A Drug for all Seasons", the "edgy and raw" DVD focuses on live concert footage shot during the band's recent tour stop in Ithaca, New York. Also included is close and personal video of music from the group's early rehearsals, a special "making-of" studio segment, band interviews and more.

Shot and directed by Rich Stahle of Underground Video Television (UVTV),the live video for "Dissidence" — which appears on the upcoming DVD — is available for viewing at the UVTVweb site. Additional live tracks on the disc include "Hold Me Down", "Defacing", "Fall to Me" and a brand new, previously unreleased song entitled "Cause for Concern".

F5's debut album, "A Drug for all Seasons", was released in North America in September 2005 via Cleopatra Records. The original version of "A Drug for all Seasons" is also available in Asia on JVC Victor Entertainment and in Europe on Mascot Records.

F5, whose sound is being described as guitar-heavy melodic hard rock, recorded the album last year at a Phoenix-area studio with producer Ryan Greene, who had previously worked with Ellefson in 1991 on the demos for MEGADETH's "Countdown to Extinction" album.
