December 17, 2004

According to EXODUS guitarist Gary Holt, the group's latest CD, "Tempo of the Damned", was named Best Album of 2004 by the readers of Metal Maniacs magazine. "And I was told it wasn't even close!" said Gary. "Say to anyone who might have voted for us, thanks a million. Great to know people dig what we are doing!"

EXODUS' first studio album since 1992's "Force of Habit", "Tempo of the Damned" was recorded at Prairie Sun and Tsunami studios in Northern California with producer Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, SKINLAB, ARCH ENEMY),who previously worked with the band on their acclaimed 1997 live album "Another Lesson In Violence".
