EXODUS Explain South American Tour Cancellation

September 17, 2004

San Francisco Bay Area thrashers EXODUS have confirmed that they have "postponed" their South American tour until October. Guitarist Gary Holt's statement on the matter is as follows:

"The tour has ben postponed until October due to the fact that John Miller [ex-WARDANCE, projected fill-in singer for the tour] is an insane idiot and had one of his mental breakdowns the day before we were to leave. We knew he has a history of this kind of shit but we never knew it would happen this quickly. It usually takes him longer to shoot himself in the foot. It had nothing to do with Zetro not going. All shows were on until John self-destructed. I will be updating everyone soon on the details of the South American tour. But please don't blame the promoters, there were just too many changes to make to try to pull this off and we had no intention of going down there and embarassing ourselves with John Miller, so my apologies to our fans in South America. We will return soon."
