Ex-VINNIE VINCENT INVASION Singer: 'Rising Gasoline Costs' Are To Blame For Tour Cancellation

According to a posting on former VINNIE VINCENT INVASION/JOURNEY vocalist Robert Fleischman's official web site, the previously announced 2005 Rock 4 X-Mas Charity Tour (which was set to include an appearance by Fleischman) has been cancelled due to "rising gasoline costs."

Fleischman is currently writing and recording his latest rock album, which will include an acoustic version of JOURNEY's "Wheel in the Sky" (which Fleischman co-wrote). The as-yet-untitled album, which was previously referred to as "New Order", is tentatively due in early 2006.
