Ex-QUIET RIOT Singer KEVIN DUBROW To Play Acoustic Show

January 27, 2004

QUIET RIOT vocalist Kevin DuBrow will be playing his first solo/acoustic show at The Palms Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on Monday, February 2. The show is part of The Palms "Rock The Lounge" series that takes place in the hotel's Palapa Lounge. DuBrow will be performing acoustic versions of QUIET RIOT classics and a few choice cover tunes. "After 28 years of fronting one of the loudest bands in the history of rock music, this is a welcome opportunity," says DuBrow. "As much as I love loud, headbanging heavy metal, this show gives me the rare chance to really connect with these songs in their most basic form."

Performing with DuBrow will be Michael Lardie on guitar and keyboards (GREAT WHITE, NIGHT RANGER) and Kevin Curry on guitar. Both musicians appear on DuBrow's forthcoming solo album to be released on Shrapnel Records.
