Ex-IRON MAIDEN Singer PAUL DI'ANNO And SCREAMING MONKEY: Together And Stronger Than Ever

September 1, 2004

Despite Internet reports to the contrary, former IRON MAIDEN singer Paul Di'Anno has no intentions of parting ways with his all-Italian backing band, dubbed SCREAMING MONKEY (consisting of former members of the MAIDEN tribute band CHILDREN OF THE DAMNED). "We wish it to be known that Paul Di'Anno & SCREAMING MONKEY are stronger than ever, and are happy to be touring and currently working on their first album together," reads a posting on Di'Anno's web site. "Paul and the band are on the very best of terms (both as friends and musicians) and expect to be together for a very long time indeed."
