Ex-FEAR FACTORY Guitarist To Guest On Tonight's 'Chaos'

Former FEAR FACTORY and current ASESINO guitarist Dino Cazares will be the special guest of Full Metal Jackie on Indie 103.1's "Chaos" metal show tonight (Sunday, January 7).

ASESINO is scheduled to perform tonight at the the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood in what is being billed as a "CD-release party" for the group's new album, "Cristo Satanico" ("Satanic Christ"). The CD, which was originally scheduled for release last July via Hawino Records, is being issued via Dino's label Odio Records. The follow-up to 2002's "Coridos De Muerte" was recorded at Undercity Studios in Los Angeles and contains "15 songs of filthy perversion, satanism, molestation, rape, sodomy, murder, death, oh, and of course, love," according to a press release. The first single, "Regresando Odio" ("Returning the Hate"),features HATEBREED's Jamey Jasta as El Odio on backing vocals and Andreas Kisser (SEPULTURA) as Sepulculo on lead guitar.

ASESINO recently teamed up with DANZIG, LACUNA COIL, THE HAUNTED and BELPHEGOR for Glenn Danzig's Blackest of the Black Tour, which was revived this past November for a two-week West Coast run.
