Ex-BLACK CROWES Guitarist RICH ROBINSON Signs With EAGLE ROCK ENTERTAINMENT

November 19, 2015

Rich Robinson, the celebrated former BLACK CROWES guitarist/founding member, has inked a deal with Eagle Rock Entertainment. The label will release not only his new solo album in 2016, but several newly re-imagined reissues of Robinson's back catalogue.

To kick off these releases, Eagle Rock will issue the limited-edition blue vinyl "Oh! Sweet Nuthin'" seven-inch single as a Black Friday Record Store Day exclusive on November 27. The single features Robinson's interpretation of the VELVET UNDERGROUND classic backed with "Words Of The Chosen", a previously unreleased studio recording. This will be followed by CD and LP reissues of "Llama Blues", "Paper", "Through A Crooked Sun" and "Woodstock Sessions". These releases will come complete with bonus tracks, in early 2016. The LP versions will be issued and packaged as colored vinyls: "Llama Blues" will be released in blue, "Paper" in red, "Through A Crooked Sun" in white, and "Woodstock Sessions" in brown.

These reissues will lead up to Robinson's yet-to-be-titled new studio album.
