Ex-ANTHRAX Singer JOEY BELLADONNA: Moncton Footage Available

June 2, 2008

Former ANTHRAX vocalist Joey Belladonna was recently forced to perform select dates on his ongoing "Never Look Back Tour" as a three-piece, with drummer Paul Marciano sidelined with pneumonia. Instead of cancelling shows on the trek, Belladonna's solo band which includes RC Ciejek on bass and Jack Frost (SAVATAGE, SEVEN WITCHES) on guitar soldiered on, with Joey himself playing drums and singing lead.

Fan-filmed video footage of BELLADONNA performing several classic ANTHRAX tracks at the Manhattan Club in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada on May 26, 2008 can be viewed below (clips uploaded by YouTube user "Doolang").

OnTrackMagazine.com recently posted a new audio interview with Joey Belladonna. Joey discusses the "Never Look Back Tour" and reveals more details about the circumstances surrounding his departure from ANTHRAX in 2006. In addition, he talks about the latest addition to the BELLADONNA lineup, guitar "master" Jack Frost, and what fans can look forward to from his band in the not-too-distant future.

Listen to the interview at this location.

The Never Look Back tour will take Joey and his band across the U.S. and Canada, then sending them to Mexico, South America, Europe and Australia by year's end. In their downtime from touring, BELLADONNA will be hard at work on a new album due some time this fall.
