EPHEL DUATH To Begin Pre-Production For New CD

September 10, 2003

Italian avant-jazz-metal band EPHEL DUATH are currently working on new compositions for their third album, tentatively due in late 2004/early 2005 through Elitist Records. "We'll start with our long-time producer Paso the instrumental pre-production of a couple of new songs titled 'Imploding' and 'New Disorder' at the end of September," reads a post from founder Davide Tiso on the band's web site. "We'll try to record the instrumental structure of a couple of new songs every two months, and we'll work on vocals and electronic parts in a second phase. There is the possibility to have a great name behind the mixer as co-producer with Paso, at the moment there isn't a detailed plan and nothing can't be revealed."

As previously reported, EPHEL DUATH are still actively seeking a replacement for melodic singer Davide Tolomei, who quit the band in July due to his inability to commit himself to the band's forthcoming touring and recording schedule.
