ELVENKING Set New Release Date For 'Wyrd'

Italian "pagan metal" act ELVENKING have set an April 19 release date through Germany's AFM Records for their new album, "Wyrd".

The follow-up to 2001's "Heathenreel" was recorded in three different studios, including Gernhart facilities in Siegburg, Germany and was mixed in December at the House Of Music facility in Stuttgart, Germany with producer Achim Kohler (PRIMAL FEAR, BRAINSTORM). The cover artwork was painted by pagan artist Duncan Storr, who has previously worked with SKYCLAD and RAGE, among others.
