Drummer Kvitrafn has left DEAD TO THIS WORLD — the speed/thrash/black metal project led by former IMMORTAL bassist Iscariah — due to "other commitments." His replacement for "upcoming live assaults in 2009" is m:A Fog (BLACK FLAME, SLAVIA, GLORIOR BELLI).

DEAD TO THIS WORLD's touring lineup:

Iscariah - Supreme Necromancer of the Apocalypse
m:A Fog - Drums of War
Divra Xul – 6-Stringed Genocide of Infernal Slaughter
Thurzur - Black God of Infamous Circle

DEAD TO THIS WORLD's debut album, "First Strike for Spiritual Renewance", was released in North America on November 11 via Century Media Records. The CD which came out in Europe on November 19, 2007 through Dark Essence Records, was produced by Bjørnar E Nielsen at Nielsen's Conclave Media Studios in Bergen.

DEAD TO THIS WORLD was originally founded by Iscariah (NECROPHAGIA, ex-IMMORTAL) as a solo project, but was expanded to a full lineup, releasing a three-track demo in 2005.
