Drummer JOHN MACALUSO Schedules East Coast Clinics

Drummer John Macaluso (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, JAMES LABRIE, TNT, ARK, RIOT, UNION RADIO) is currently booking a drum clinic tour of the U.S. East Coast. Macaluso intends to promote his recently released solo album, "The Radio Waves Goodbye", as well as his drum instructional book "Repercussions". The tour will begin with two October dates in New York, and will proceed to Massachusetts in November for a unique fusion clinic at a martial arts center in Gardner, MA where he will combine martial arts technique and philosophy with practical drumming. Later clinic dates and locations are to be announced. Macaluso will be showcasing a variety of drumming techniques, including linear drumming, double bass, increasing foot and hand speed, playing to click track, blending madness and finesse, odd times, and more. There will also be a performance showcase, where he will perform songs from his solo album, as well as a live improv drum solo.
