DrumChannel.com Partners With CHICKENFOOT/RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS Drummer

March 15, 2013

DrumChannel.com has announced a partnership with Chad Smith (RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, CHICKENFOOT) to be the official sponsor and provide exclusive content through his "Chad Smith Drum App," which is available for free in the Android market and on iPhones. Smith, who is already a member of the DrumChannel.com faculty, launched his app last year for fans and drummers worldwide so they can keep up with all of Smith's activities. DrumChannel.com will work with Smith to provide exclusive content including Smith's first clinic in over two years, a question-and-answer session and select episodes of the Chad Smith show.

"We're excited to work with Chad on yet another endeavor. We will provide fresh and current video content that will only be available through his app," says Don Lombardi, founder of DrumChannel.com. The app was designed to showcase Smith's work and influences while fans get the latest news, see upcoming tour dates and discover drummers with the unique "Drummer GPS." Fans can also listen to tracks spanning all of Chad's projects, interact with other members of the community and get the lowdown on everything Chad.

DrumChannel.com is the world's leading drum education web site featuring hundreds of live and on-demand lessons and shows.
