DOPE To Release 'Group Therapy' In October

DOPE will release their third album, "Group Therapy", on October 21 through Recon Records/Artemis, according to Billboard.com. The enhanced disc will feature videos created by frontman Edsel Dope for all 13 songs on the album.

"Group Therapy" will be the follow-up to 2001's "Life", which debuted at No. 6 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart, and has sold 73,000 copies in the U.S. according to Nielsen SoundScan. The band's 1999 debut, "Felons and Revolutionaries", opened at No. 25 on that tally and has moved 236,000 copies. Flip Records/Epic released both sets.

The first single off "Group Therapy" will be "I Am". Footage for the accompanying video clip will be filmed at the band's upcoming shows in New Castle, Pennsylvania and Cleveland, Ohio.
