DEVILDRIVER Frontman Talks 'Beast', Split With Bassist In New Video Interview

Shawn of Rockstar Radio (Hamilton, Montana's KBAZ-FM) conducted an interview with vocalist Dez Fafara of Santa Barbara, California metallers DEVILDRIVER on the "black carpet" of the third annual Revolver Golden Gods Awards, which was held on April 20 at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, California. You can now watch the chat below.

Highlights from the Revolver Golden Gods Awards will be broadcast on VH1 Classic on Saturday, May 28. Revolver will release a special Golden Gods issue of the magazine on May 24. The Golden Gods issue will include exclusive behind-the-scenes photos and interviews.

Bassist Jonathan Miller quit DEVILDRIVER in March, calling it "the most difficult decision of my life" but "something that I needed to do for myself."

Filling in for Miller on the road with DEVILDRIVER for the past few months has been the band's tour manager, Bubble (a.k.a. Aaron Patrick), who has previously played with BURY YOUR DEAD.

"Beast", the fifth album from DEVILDRIVER, sold a little over 11,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 42 on The Billboard 200 chart.
