DEEP PURPLE: 'Smoke On The Water' Cover Featured On Brazilian Soundtrack

A cover version of DEEP PURPLE's "Smoke On The Water" appears on the soundtrack to the Brazilian movie "Cazuza, O Tempo Não Pára" (information). The film is said to be about a famous Brazilian singer called Cazuza, who died of AIDS in 1990. Cazuza was a singer in the rock band called BARÃO VERMELHO (web site),who sometimes played "Smoke On The Water" during their live appearances. This cover version is sung by Daniel Oliveira, the actor who plays Cazuza in the film.
