DEATH ANGEL: Footage From France's HELLFEST Available

July 6, 2008

Fan-filmed video footage of the veteran San Francisco Bay Area metal band DEATH ANGEL performing the song "Evil Priest" on June 20, 2008 at the Hellfest in Clisson, France can be viewed below (clip uploaded by Dave Ingham a.k.a. YouTube user "triptykon").

MetalKult.com has just posted a 19-clip video interview with DEATH ANGEL guitarists Rob Cavestany and Ted Aguilar.

The footage was captured on June 11, 2008, when the classic San Francisco thrash group came to New York City to play B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in support of its latest album, "Killing Season" (Nuclear Blast).

In the question-and-answer session, the guitarists got current on all things DEATH ANGEL, including their involvement in the Eighties Bay Area scene with EXODUS and METALLICA, their landmark releases "The Ultra-Violence" and "Act III", the tragic 1990 bus accident that nearly tore the band apart, and the quality musicianship that has always been central to DEATH ANGEL's music.

Check out the footage at this location.
