DARKANE Play Danish Festival, Return To The Recording Studio

November 11, 2004

Guitarist Christofer Malmström of the Swedish thrashers DARKANE has posted the following message on the group's web site:

"I and the rest of the DARKANE would like to welcome you all to the new DARKANEforum! Feel free to chat about anything regarding DARKANE or other stuff. I (and hopefully more DARKANE members) will do my best to pay a visit every now and then and answer questions or just say hello and tell you any news or thoughts!

"Please help us keep the board alive by coming back often!

"Last weekend we played a show at the Aalborg Metal Festival in Denmark. The show turned out very well I think and it felt like we all are in great shape again after this year's low activity.

"By the way, here's the set list for the show:

01. Calamitas
02. Third
03. July 1999
04. Bound
05. Chaos vs Order
06. Emanation of Fear
07. Fatal Impact
08. Violence from Within
09. The Rape of Mankind
10. Distress
11. Hostile Phantasm
12. Convicted
13. A Wisdoms Breed
14. Innocence Gone

"We will spend most of our time in the studio from now on and we'll check back to tell you anything worth telling about the recording progress!"

DARKANE are currently in the studio recording the follow-up to 2002's "Expanding Senses", tentatively due in early 2005 through Nuclear Blast Records.
