DANZIG To Hit The Road In October

Contrary to Internet rumors, Glenn Danzig will NOT be rejoining his former MISFITS bandmates for any of the group's upcoming U.S. appearances. In fact, BLABBERMOUTH.NET can exclusively reveal that Glenn is planning on hitting the road with DANZIG in October for about two weeks' worth of dates on the West Coast (which will include a special Los Angeles concert on Halloween, October 31) and a handful of shows on the East Coast. Exact cities and dates will be announced soon.

In other Danzig-related news, Glenn has finished producing the debut album from GORGEOUS FRANKENSTEIN, the new band featuring MISFITS/KRYST THE CONQUEROR guitarist Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein and BLITZKID bassist Argye Goolsby. Due in early October via Evilive Records, the self-titled effort will feature "kick-ass art" by Simon Bisley, who has painted covers for "Lost Tracks of Danzig", "Danzig VI' and "Thrall: Demonsweat". Eight "blood-curdling" songs will appear on the CD, including "Man or Monster", "Devilgirl", "Reverse of God" and "Made in Hell".

DANZIG's video for the song "Crawl Across Your Killing Floor" can be viewed below. The track is included on the recently released "Lost Tracks of Danzig" collection, a two-CD set of previously unreleased DANZIG tracks spaning the band's entire career — from the 1988 self-titled debut to the present.
