DANZIG: Spanish Gig In Jeopardy, New Album In The Works

June 21, 2003

DANZIG's previously announced July 4 appearance at the Bilbao Accion Rock Festival at Parque de Zorrozaurre-Deusto in Spain is reportedly in jeopardy due to scheduling conflicts caused by guitarist Tommy Victor's prior touring commitments with his main band PRONG. Once Tommy returns from the PRONG tour, DANZIG will be going into the studio to record their next album, tentatively due in late 2003/early 2004.

DANZIG's lineup for the next CD will be as follows:

Glenn Danzig – vocals
Tommy Victor (PRONG) – guitar
Bevan Davies (COMES WITH THE FALL) – drums
Jerry Montano (ex-THE DEADLIGHTS) – bass

As previously reported, DANZIG will team up with SUPERJOINT RITUAL and DEATHRIDE for the Fall 2003 installment of the "Blackest Of The Black" tour beginning in early October. Exact cities and dates will be announced soon.
