April 24, 2013

On April 5, Fret 12 conducted an interview with Canadian rocker Danko Jones at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, Illinois during his band's tour with VOLBEAT. You can now watch the chat below.

DANKO JONES's latest album, "Rock And Roll Is Black And Blue", was reissued on April 9 via iTunes. The re-release features an exclusive, brand new, unreleased track called "Crazy In Bed", which was recorded during the "Rock And Roll Is Black And Blue" sessions.

In addition to fronting one of the hardest working bands in the world and writing for the Huffington Post as well as several music magazines around the world alike, DANKO JONES frontman and namesake has also found the time to host a podcast with a growing popularity featuring an impressive set of guests.

DANKO JONES is currently touring North America on a sold-out tour with VOLBEAT on the back of scoring their biggest U.S. radio hit so far with "Just A Beautiful Day", which peaked at No. 26 on the Active Rock chart.

"Our tour with VOLBEAT across North America has been amazing, to say the least," stated Danko. "We're having a blast. The good dudes in VOLBEAT are treating us so well that it's feeling almost like a working vacation. Getting to go onstage with them every night is a thrill and a half!"
