CRYPTOPSY Drummer Schedules Missisauga Clinic

CRYPTOPSY drummer Flo Mounier will conducting a drum clinic at the Long And McQuade's Missisauga, ON location (address: 900 Rathburn Road West; tel.: 905-273-3939) on Monday, March 6. Start time is 7:00 p.m.

As previously reported, CRYPTOPSY have been nominated in the "Favorite Metal Artist/Group" category at The Indies, the 6th Annual Independent Music Awards, Canadian Music Week Festival (CMW),being held on Wednesday, March 1 in Toronto, Ontario. Vote for the band at this location.

Based in Montreal and founded in 1992, CRYPTOPSY have sold over 275,000 albums/CDs to date. Reinventing and redefining metal’s boundaries, CRYPTOPSY are recognized worldwide for infusing extreme music with awe-inspiring precision, rabidly dynamic rhythms, and mouth-foaming viciousness.

CRYPTOPSY recently completed a U.S. tour in support of their latest album, "Once Was Not" (Century Media). The band's The Domination Tour 2006 of Europe with GRAVE, DEW-SCENTED, ABORTED, VESANIA and HURTLOCKER kicked off January 31 in Warsaw, Poland. A video for the track "The Pestilence That Walketh in Darkness (Psalm 91:5-8)" was filmed on September 23. The band will be teaming up with EXODUS and IMMOLATION for several East Coast dates in late April.
