Reunited North Carolina-based progressive metallers CONFESSOR will be opening for LAMB OF GOD at their hometown show on November 27 at The Canal Club in Richmond, Virginia.

As previously reported, CONFESSOR have announced the final track listing for their live DVD, which was filmed in late September in Oslo, Norway. In addition to the live performance, the disc will feature other bonuses, such as the music video for "Wig Stand", footage from the studio, and a little surprise from CONFESSOR's drummer Steve Shelton! An early 2006 release is expected.

CONFESSOR's live DVD will feature the following track listing:

01. Collapse Into Despair
02. Cross The Bar
03. Prepare Yourself
04. The Downside
05. Sour Times
06. Uncontrolled
07. Wig Stand
08. Eve of Salvation
09. Suffer

CONFESSOR have just released their new full-length album, "Unraveled", via Season of Mist. The CD was produced by Dick Hodgin (ex-CORROSION OF CONFORMITY producer) and is "a wonderful representation of the classic CONFESSOR twisted guitar riffing and complex drumming, meshed with some more straightforward parts and a toned down and very melodic vocal approach," according to vocalist Scott Jeffreys. "We feel that the new album will certainly appeal to the old-school CONFESSOR fans and also will attract a brand new fan base who might not have heard us when we were together before."

CONFESSOR split up in the early '90s after releasing one full-length album (1991's "Condemned") and EP (1992's "Confessor"), with the with the rhythm section going on to form FLY MACHINE. CONFESSOR reformed in 2002 following the death of guitarist Ivan Colon, who passed away due to cardiac complications.
