CHRIS CATENA: Upcoming Solo Project To Feature Slew Of Guest Appearances

Versailles Records has announced the forthcoming release of Italian rocker Chris Catena's double-CD solo project, due in the spring of 2007. The two-disc set will consist of a studio album and live album, collectively featuring a star-studded guest list of players that includes Doug Aldrich, John Taylor, Al Kooper, Chester Thompson, Stephen Ferrone, Glenn Hughes, Bruce Kulick, Stevie Salas, Jeff Scott Soto, Mickey Moody, Bernie Marsden, John Lawton, Kelly Simonz, Johnny Olhin, Doug Wimbish, Vitalik Kuprij, Tony Franklin, Tommy Aldridge, Dave Meniketti, Myron Dove, Chuck Wright, Eric Singer, Virgil Donati, Tommy Denander, Kee Marcello, Benny Johansson, Daniel Flores, and Marco Mendoza. In the meantime, Catena will appear on tributes to GUNS N' ROSES and MÖTLEY CRÜE alongside Blues Saraceno.
