CHICKENFOOT 'III' EPK - Part 3

The third and of final part of an EPK (Electronic Press Kit) featuring behind-the-scenes footage from the making of CHICKENFOOT's sophomore album, "Chickenfoot III", can be seen below.

Two special guests from CHICKENFOOT the supergroup featuring guitarist Joe Satriani, drummer Chad Smith, former VAN HALEN bassist Michael Anthony and frontman Sammy Hagar revealed 3D artwork from the forthcoming "Chickenfoot III" album at the Whisky A Go Go in Los Angeles on Friday, September 16. Joe Satriani and the chicken who stars in the music video for the single "Big Foot" surprised fans with 3D glasses to get a sneak peek at the larger-than-life poster of the band that can currently be seen outside of the legendary nightclub.

In a surprise appearance that was announced by the band just hours before, Satriani and the chicken handed out 3D glasses and signed autographs for fans.

"Chickenfoot III", which includes the very same 3D artwork in addition to other 3D images, will be released on September 27 from eOne Music in North America and worldwide from earMUSIC/Edel.

CHICKENFOOT will offer fans a free live concert webcast on September 27, the same day that "Chickenfoot III" comes out. The band will perform tracks from the disc at 9:00 p.m. ET at TRI Studios in Marin County, California, followed by a 30-minute question-and-answer session with fans at the band's official web site. Fans can submit questions through the site and should stay tuned to CHICKENFOOT's social sites to find out how to become a member of the studio audience.

The webcast will be rebroadcast on the the band's official web site on September 28 at 3:00 p.m. ET.

CHICKENFOOT recently announced that veteran drummer Kenny Aronoff will sit behind the kit for the band on tour while Smith hits the road with the CHILI PEPPERS.
