CARNIFEX, OCEANO, WITHIN THE RUINS To Join Forces For 'Names Mean Nothing Tour'

February 10, 2011

On the heels of album releases from both CARNIFEX and WITHIN THE RUINS in 2010, it seems fitting that Victory Records labelmates are teaming up to take on the country for the "Names Mean Nothing" tour alongside OCEANO and THE TONY DANZA TAPDANCE EXTRAVAGANZA. The near-month-and-a-half run is sure to cause some damage; the tour is rolling out the likely-stained red carpet to bring some of today's premier metal bands to a city near you. Dates are listed below.

CARNIFEX frontman Scott Lewis states, "The 'Names Mean Nothing Tour' is bringing some of the heaviest, technical and modern metal bands together for awesome nights of sick pits and wicked beatdowns; guaranteed to leave you with bangovers the next morning. Don't miss it!"

Joe Cocchi from WITHIN THE RUINS adds, "We've been looking forward to this tour for a long time now! It's going to be great for us to finally be out on a legit tour with some awesome bands in support of our newest release, 'Invade'!"
