Japan's WeROCK City web site has posted video footage of the legendary drummer Carmine Appice (OZZY OSBOURNE, ROD STEWART, VANILLA FUDGE, JEFF BECK) perfoming with '80s hard rock queen Lita Ford on July 7, 2008 during her concert at the B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in New York City.

Lita's setlist was as follows:

01. Larger Than Life
02. Hungry
03. Gotta Let Go
04. Black Widow
05. Can't Catch Me
06. Falling In And Out Of Love
07. The Ripper
08. Only Women Bleed (ALICE COOPER cover)
09. Back To The Cave
10. Playing With Fire
11. Fire (JIMI HENDRIX cover; Carmine Appice on drums)
12. There's Only One Way To Rock (SAMMY HAGAR cover; Dee Snider on vocals)
13. Close My Eyes Forever
14. Kiss Me Deadly

Carmine Appice and "Z-man" Zoilo Ruiz of CARMINE APPICE'S SLAMM were interviewed for the latest episode of "Talking Metal".

The 50-minute podcast can be downloaded at this location.

Carmine Appice's new theatrical drum show SLAMM's action-packed promotional video titled "Slammcar" can be viewed below. The clip, which features the SLAMM cast playing the NASCAR garage, has been shown on ESPN2 before, and during NASCAR races for the recent racing season.

Appice was selected to compose a high-energy, percussive NASCAR theme song, featuring such "instruments" as air wrenches, hand grinders, wrenches and tool boxes. The rowdy SLAMM cast then played to the theme song in the NASCAR garage, which included giving a good beating to the hood of a multi-million dollar race car. "I'm glad they didn't make us pay for it," joked Appice. The NASCAR/SLAMM video began airing early March and will be seen by over 3 million viewers every week.
